That will be my next project. Need to do some research and how to custom LQ

It's really not too bad.  Just be sure to research your case you plan on using and seeing what kind of rads and pump/res combos will fit in.  Sometimes changing cases before you build your open loop based on limitations that could be present in your current build maybe called for once you look into what others have done and what your expectations are.  That's the great thing about the internet now as so many people post pictures and info on their builds it allows you to research your parts you plan on using and seeing if they would fit in.  Youtube is also great as you can watch and learn from so many different videos to find pointers to help you through the build process, tube bending, and research into what others have done with the case and components you would like to use in your build.

A few words of advice I would have to is to air pressure test the system first as completed to make sure you are good with no leaks, and then using a separate psu to power the pump to cycle the open loop system while pushing no power through the rest of the pc in case you do have a leak.  Doing this will help prevent major issues due to leaks and the presence of an electrical charge in your components which would damage or destroy them.  You don't need a large psu, any simple psu can do it as all you are doing is using it to power the pump and nothing else.  The other is if you plan on using colored fluid, be aware that the dyes used can clog the cooling fins and pumps of the system so do you research on them before you use them in your loop.  Also be sure to prep your rads properly as during the manufacturing process there are a lot of debris and residues left in them when they ship out.

A properly planned project is not always perfect, but it would go a long way to ensuring a positive result.

I can't seem to make up my damn mind. I posted before the QL120s were horrible radiator fans but they look really nice. Well I went back to my ML120 Capellix... The edges are a little dull, so I added a RGB strip around them. It's like a disco in my build now.

Before left, After right. Temps are a 5C difference on the GPU...

Dabadger84
Current iteration of fan arrangement (it's changed a lot the last week):

I have found that having that one fan exhausting out of the Expansion Slots (if you don't have any other cards installed) makes a big difference in GPU temps, as it removes hot air that might otherwise be recycled, a lot faster.  The other fan just "hanging out" down there is to keep the PCH/M.2 drives happier... and then there's the RAM fan... I'll make that look neater if I even decide to keep it.  It did keep my RAM down under 34C while gaming, which is quite the task with the 3080 blowing hot air in to that region.

Which GPU are you referencing but either way, your PSU should have the proper PCI-E power adapters for it i.e. 6-pin and or 8-pin (6+2).

Like GTX shared, your psu should come with power cables to connect to the GPU.  The only thing is that depending on the quality and power rating of the PSU.  Lower power psu's might only have 1 or 2 VGA cables if they are of a modular design and depending on your gpu you are getting you might need three.  You need to check the cables that came with your psu to see it you have enough individual cables to support your needs.  If you are using a non-modular psu, it is a warning sign that a upgrade might be in your best interest before you attempt to upgrade your gpu.

What PSU are you currently using?  System specs are always helpful being listed so those who are trying to help can do so with the information they need to help you.
