They're some of the worse fans for watercooling btw

They are not great rad fans and don't have alot of static pressure. They are pretty and great case fan. The LL 120 fans are good rad fans, just not so pretty when flipped around.

The lian li uni fans sport a 2.54 vs corsair 1.54 pressure. All depends on ecosystem you are wanting to go with.

No problem.  couple things about the lian li,
PWM doesnt work on them very well if at all.
The LEDS cant be orientated like in icue, so chasing effect etc wont sync right.
the cables on them once daisy chained can only be put on a certain side, so if hiding cables if a thing, look on youtube at the reviews.
Great fans otherwise as far as airflow and static pressure.

I was looking at the SL120 the ones without the fans leds. Hopefully these will work.

You can always turn off the RGB on the fans if you don't want color.  One of the biggest positives from the Lian Li AL or SL fans is that you can link the fans together and run them off one set of PWM/RGB cables per connected set.  It helps reduce the number of wire runs you will have in your pc and also depending on your Mobo free up fan space or make cable routing easier as you only have the one pair of cables coming from each set of fans that are linked together.  I've used both the SL and new AL fans in my builds and for others and from a performance standpoint there are near the top.  Of course the Noctua's are great and some of the Corsair fans are as well, but when you throw in the easier cable management and easier to run RGB cable system it gets a lot better.  The Corsair fans are great too, but once you go above a certain number of RGB devices, you are required to get a commander pro on top of the hubs to link them together.  The RGBs in the QL are a bit brighter overall than the Lian LI ALs, but it's close and for me I like the ease of installation and the performance/brightness difference isn't a deal breaker for me.  
 
One more thing is that with the new AL series, Lian li redid the L-Connect firmware to now be able to control more than one controller on their system for those who want rgb options.  For builders and system integrators it allows so much more options while allowing ease of installation.    

I made a mistake when posting about the rgb strips.  The Rgb strips often use 3 or 4 pin connectors which help determines determine their voltages.  I modified my earlier post about the strips.    
 
The fan pwm can be connected to the controller, but the rgb is not a sure thing to be able to connect or to be used with the lian li controller due to plug/wire configuration.  There is a guy from Hong Kong who has modified other fans to use the Lian Li controller to run rgb, but it's not plug and play.  
 
If you have a lian li aio, the rgb connector from the aio pump will plug into the unifan controller.  Also, certain phantecs devices will also plug into the controller as some of their products use that same 3 pin micro connector.  I use phantecs splitter cables split the signal on some of the builds I have done.  You are still limited by the number of leds per channel, but it allows maximum use of the channels should there be a need which is less needed now that the new firmware allows more than one controller connected to the pc.  

If you want quality top rad fans, Noctua A12s.  Unfortunately they don't come with RBGs.

Not the hottest build in this thread but I am very proud of it and its the nicest computer I've ever made for myself by far.  I have rebuilt this system 3 times this year trying to improve my first stab at water cooling.  Big thanks to GotSpeed especially and everyone else in the kingpin thread with their outstanding knowledge.  Converting back to hydro copper soon.  Want to let this kingpin settle in for month or two.
