Haven’t had those in awhile, so I would say no.

Don't buy CCleaner, half of what it does is just rubbish and it will cause issues with your OS install later on. Can't count the number of people that had random buggy OS issues because they used CCleaner.

Malwarebytes is useful to occasionally run an anti-malware scan on your OS for peace of mind. But the free version is all you need for that program.

Of those two I've only used CCleaner. Used it for years without any problems. Maybe I'm just lucky so far.

Malwarebytes is, at this point, just another Antivirus solution.

If you use it that way, but I wouldn't recommend it for AV duties. The free version is purely an anti-malware scanner only.

CCleaner (free version) easy way to cleanup any temp files & DNS Cache

Malwarebytes (free) is a Nice backup to your primary scanner.  You need the Pro (paid version) if you want continuous active scanning

CCleaner only cause issues for some when the use the "Registry Cleaner" ...... all software that runs a Registry Cleaner has this potential pitfall

--> Always backup your Windows Registry - Before - you make any changes & backing up important files is something you should be doing

    For the OP:
Consider making an image of your shiny new PC drive as a restore tool & then new images after any major update of Windows
