This is only due to your location. Skynet is the only option we have available to ship to you. We do apologize about that. As all customs for different countries may differ and due to the current climate, hard to say outside of that the product was shipped, that we can provide a update.

Althought I agree it is not your fault that the package takes a lot of time, I definitelly hate when you guys tell lies to your customer, foir example the "only option available to ship" since I have sent several packages from usa to colombia using UPS, DHL, FEDEX etc all of these companies give me a tracking ID as soon as the package is sent, and I really don't believe in the idea that a courier has not created a tracking id after 20 days lol, plus it's the cheapest option probably to send packages to latam, so yeah

While you may have sent them, EVGA is referring to the options they have to send them by, not the options other companies have. Referencing company B’s shipping methods is not going to change the companies that are available to company A, unfortunately.

yeah but to me a more solid anwer would be "that is the cheapest option for us" and I seriously would not have any problem about it, at least that would be an honest answer, also that definitelly does not answer the fact that a courier "has not generated" any trakcing id on 20 days lol, which is also completelly fake, evga just does not make the proper tracing of packages sent via skynet...

thats odd.. iv had good experince with evga warrenty. i had a faulty kingpin 1080ti and i did an advacned rma with them got my new card in a week then posted them the faulty card.  new card was fine. much later down the line the card got bad. was still in warrenty so I did another rma. could not do advanced so did normal. i paid for the shiping and posted it to them. they sent me the replacment card and paid back my shiping charge.  im going to be upgrading to a 3090. and keep this one as a backup.

At first glance...

EVGA states "Our only option is to use skynet."

My response/ interp...

"Skynet...****... Quick delete all negative statements about EVGA warranty program or prepare to be terminated by a T1000"

Just received the GPU 2 days ago, I have had no problems at all with this gpu and the problem finally got solved, however I would liketo note the fact that it took 3 months to solve this, 2 bad RMA's and around 50 emails to get solved. although the problem got solved by sending a brand new 2080 vanilla, I definitely can not say that I feel happy with the entire process... with That being said I have no more stuff to talk about....

I'm on the same ship.. I send a dead from factory 2080 Super hybrid for replacement...
Same story.... but almost 2 months and...
The would not replace the card, they repair it.
And the same situation... more than a month and still not received it.
I offer to give EVGA a return label (FedEx) it cost about 58 usd and shipping time is about 3 days, but they say that they cant do that....
Also they say my case is an outlier.... you can find a lot of cases like this.

Atari 800 XL
Cassette player
12" Sony Trinitron color
