Hot!Precission X1 load error messages- files not found

After several attempts of re-installing software, several .DLL files will not load. Error messages appear on screen when opening the app. The app seems to work fine. Whaz up with that?

    FIXED!
     
    Launches with no issues and no errors regardless of opening in administrator mode or not.
     
    Does it make a difference how you launch the app ...... in admin mode or not? Just curious -
