There are good chance to big corporations completely take control on the West. There will be more and more terrorist attack, maybe even whole countries start such kind of war.
World go in very bad direction and no one can't stop that. Big treat come from nuclear weapon and some terrorist group have good chance to own nuclear war head from Pakistan or India. 
If India and Pakistan start serious conflict they could poison 3/4 of world. Genetic research could lead in production of deadly viruses... I don't mean on zombie apocalypse because there you have some chance for fight, but if some virus transfer of air we are doomed. So little need to world collapse completely and one problem lead in bigger and bigger and bigger...
Societies where money is more important than human peace and lives, can't stand forever and whole Planet Earth is like that, no excuse, that's our nature.
And humans in this number, and these way of thinking as we see on TV are not capable to done something more and better for humans prosperity.

I wish we (the US) would help out more.  We made a mess over there and bailed...  Now things are waaaaaay worse.  It's time to get off our duff.  There is absolutely zero chance of success without the US horsepower.

Because then they will whine we have no right to be over there. Same exact thing happened after 9/11. Everyone cried that we should go over and bomb them, and within 2 years the same people cried that we had no right to be over there.

2 yrs???  I seem remember it being more like 2 days...  Even from the same people that voted to send them there.  I won't name any names, but one is running for president.

Getting real tired of the rag heads. Why let all our nukes sit and collect dust. Why not drop a few small ones on the known camps and be done with it.

Unfortunately, it's not that simple. There are millions of innocent people who would die as a result of nuking that area and the world would have to deal with the repercussions of the aftermath. They are hiding among civilians to make it harder for us to do just that.

Welcome to the party.  The US has been saying that for years!!!  President Bush said that on Sept 12th 2001 (with respect to terrorism, not just ISIS, which was born from Al Qaeda).


What they really mean by working together is...  The US should deal with the ISIS/Terrorism problem.  I'm all for helping the French and the Russians defeat ISIS/Terrorism, but it makes me mad that now they see a problem...  After it has festered for 15 yrs as the US fought it alone...  And no one has really fought it for the last 7 yrs.

EVGA needs a political section in the forums ASAP!!!  I would think the mods would demand it.  Y'all spend half the day typing the same posts about no political discussions...  Even in the same threads that y'all start.  

A political forum would take far too much time for the mods to police it as a majority of those political discussions get out of hand too quickly. There are other website forums far more suited for that.

For the young on this forum when people are saying "all are a snack bar", it's a play on words. They are playing off of the Arabic phrase "Allahu Akbar" which many in the Middle East use to say "God is Great" or some variation of that. It's a common phrase. Unfortunately most terrorists also use it.
