might need to bust out the air conditioner to feed the AIO. Also, does it need the copper shims (like the other hybrids) to keep memory temps down? Might be what's holding back your memory clocks. Those are what look to be quite a bit behind your other score. I would think your clocks are close enough to overtake the old score considering the extra cores...but I guess that's been the big question.

Ah, good call. I just saw that the memory was much lower clocks than the old score, didn't see they were identical to the stock score.

Don't know if the classy tool will work on this card as well. Haven't tried it. Yah, I didn't touch memory at all yet. Failed to mention that. Was doing one thing at a time. Was getting late and I just wanted to finish a run without crashing on the GPU.

I think I'm hitting a wall with voltage, need the classy tool to push it higher. Also think the AIO is having trouble keeping up with the heat. But need to swap out the stock fans, go push/pull to try and help. Still deciding if I want to break down the AIO and try to hook it up to the open loop...

Average temp per both runs were ~53-54C.

Nice looking rig. Would really be interested on the memory temps , i just bought the 3090ti ftw3 ultra hybrid since i couldnt justify the Kingpin. I just watched framechasers on how he had to mod with copper shims for memory since the temps were high on his. Dont know if they improved the design since then but the product pics look the same as his was.

I appreciate it. I haven't benched it yet. But rewatch the video, you want tubes down. You don't want air where the tubes meet the radiator.

Also here's mine in my case
That Classy tool does work with the Ti. Pushed it too high and temps starting dropping clocks. Ambient is high and AIO can't quite keep up, but at least have a way to push voltage beyond the slider. Wonder what the wife'll say if I add one of those floor AC units to the room....It's to keep me cool, really.

Just rewatched and ty for the reminder. My custom 420s have tanks (bumps that raise about 1.9" above the tube fittings and are ok to run that way(can trap bubbles in them if any). Will have to change my setup when i get the new card.

I would think you'd hear it if there was air in the pump.
I never hear my computer at all, lol. I use either sony xm4 noise cancelling headphones or my Steelseries nova pro wireless headset when at computer.

It's the XL and the Lian Li vertical mount specifically for the XL. I did swap out the riser cable for a 4.0 cable, though.

They do. I installed the new uni fan infinitys when I installed the kingpin and realized the RGB cables that come with the Kingpins fans are the same the uni fan controller uses so i just plugged it into there since i was running out of argb headers on the dark and I haven't had time to get play with the RGB (aka probably set it to all red, take a pic, then turn it off). I was going to replace the kingpin fans but after looking up the specs it looks like the uni fans run 100 rpm faster but the ones EVGA uses may be better. Tbh I have no idea, the specs I found were all over the place. Thermaltake and another company both have fans with the same insane model number so I assume they're thermaltake fans with 80+ CFM but couldn't find static pressure specs whereas the uni fans are 61 CFM with 2.66 mmh2o pressure.

That's a slick looking card for sure.. very nice aesthetic. Your build looks great.
I really appreciate it. So I did some benching and it's way better than my 3090 KPE but that's not saying much. At stock gpu with my 12900ks at 5.3/4.2 my PR score was 14.8k My best score was 15,666 (metal) with +120 on the core hitting 2220 mhz and +700 on the memory https://www.3dmark.com/pr/1647036I was having some issues, though. Anything over +120 on the core was rebooting my system, sometimes before I even got into 3dmark and I noticed I was getting pcie whea errors and the CPU error light on the board was lighting up. I fiddled with the riser cable on the slot side and the hard reboots stopped but I was getting more whea pcie errors and my scores were going down. I've had issues with the riser cable in the past so tomorrow I'm going to take out the vertical mount and see what happens.
