In Europe an RTX 4090 is going to be about 2000 Euros or more. I'm going to wait to see what AMD has done with their next gen video card and its price.

I think it's going to be important for a lot of people to do to look at the numbers and the price. NVIDIA cards shown off so far are really targeting 4K gamers and I feel if someone is not gaming at 4K it might be worth looking at AMD or Intel next generation. That is of course because some people don't have a monitor that will display the frames these cards can get. It's also good to look at dollars to performance as sometimes cards can cost less yet be in the same ballpark for performance.

With Evga dropping Nvidia, Its time for me to give Amd a try. I am not paying the Nvidia tax anymore. Without Evga warranty and customer support its a hard pass for me.

Well loosing 1000$ in a month and a half on the 3090ti , which is running fine atm , still is a little bit of a sore spot. 7900x out performed the 7950 in a few marks, and you can get a rx 6900 xt for 699 and block it for about half that. Maybe build one for the Mrs .
