HOW TO : EVGA NOTIFY LIST SPREADSHEET
 
The spreadsheet was started by someone at Reddit and I personally have nothing more to do with it than any of you do, but I think it's a really good idea to add your details to get a rough idea of where you are positioned on the lists, and to see approximately at what point on the lists EVGA are sending out emails to purchase at any given time.
 
To find out what date and time you registered for notifications, click this link and you will get a list of all cards you are registered for and when you registered.

Be careful not to click on the 'remove notify' buttons by accident!
 
You can then add those details to the spreadsheet (card type, date and time registered, and your name further to the right - I've been using EVGA forum names for it). Just remember to convert to 24 hour clock format, and remember to go back and add the date for when you eventually receive an email to buy the card.
 
The following link takes you to the only editable page where you can add your details. You can then select the various tabs labeled by card type to view your position on the list for that specific card, and see how many (if any) have gone out so far.

...BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE!
 
When you receive your email to buy the card, don't forget to use someone's associate code to get 5% off the purchase price of the card. That will probably cover your shipping and maybe some extended warranty - or just save you some dollars which you can then spend on a few beers to celebrate your nice new 3000 Series GPU! Yay! You can find associate codes in the signature of many forum members.

Last but not least, when you receive your card, don't forget to register it using someone's rewards/affiliate code, and then upload a copy of your invoice (same page, menu on the left) - using the code won't gain you anything except some warm fuzzies for being nice, but it will give 2 EVGA Bucks to the person whose code you use. Yay! Again, you can find rewards/affiliate codes in the signature of many forum members.

It's one part number per household. In theory you could buy several 3080s and several 3090s to the same household as long as they are each different part numbers.

Jacob replied on twitter that next week they will have XC3 ultras , seems no black or gaming. According to the sheet I'm 73 here is hoping they have 100 cards to sell for the week!

Entirely unsurprising. Why not start with the highest price/highest margin part first? 
 
I do hope you get your card soon. What a crazy launch! I am still calling it a paper launch. ;)

Would I be correct in saying that the auto-notify feature is only available for US customers only? I've signed up for the feature on the EU site but we don't have a link for the Notifications page.

For now, it's US only.  Jacob did say it will be implemented in the EU soon, but no official ETA yet.

Well that freaking blew. They sent the notification at 6pm at night on a friday night and I was passed out cold after a long day of work. Completely missed it. =(

Yeah, their phone support probably ends at 5:30 but the notification e-mails continue till 6pm.  Jacob confirmed the hours.
