leosoares Hello guys, anyone near 09/22/20 already has been invited ??
Nope, still on 09/17/20, around 7:40~ AM. Still FTW3s and a few 3090s, and I guess a handful of XC3s maybe?

Looks like some 3090 FTW3 Ultra emails went out at 10:02 AM. Four people filled in their info, but I'm pretty sure some people haven't checked their emails yet and/or updated the list. I'd like to see at least 10-20 go out today!

vaxman65 Not all days are created equal. The unofficial tracking sheet is just that, unofficial, but it can give some statistical insight: - 45% of all RTX 3030 FTW3 Ultra cards were waitlisted on 9/17 - 13% of all RTX 3030 FTW3 Ultra cards were waitlisted on 9/18 - Later days have 3-6% of the signups Yea but there's also a lot of uncertainty built into those numbers, so really, what statistical insight they give us is questionable. Those people who signed up on the 17th are MOST interested in when can get their card because they're in the first group of signups... so it stands to reason that since they think they are closer to getting their cards they want to know where they are in the queue. Where as people that signed up after 9/18... have accepted it's going to be a month or greater so why waste the time to put their info on the spreadsheet and check it everyday when they have accepted it'll be December. The people most interested in their place in the queue (those first day sign-ups) are going to be the ones who are signing up and trying to track their place with that spreadsheet. That'll lead to an overwhelming representation of first day signups, due to personal interest from those people. Disclaimer, I've looked at the chart when it was first made, but I haven't entered any of my times there, because it doesn't make a difference. When I get the email is when I get the email, me checking the chart over and over wont change that. A forum member was kind enough to upgrade my dying 750ti with a working 980ti, so I'm happy as can be waiting for the day the email arrives. I'd rather it come out of the blue as a happy surprise since I know it'll come eventually... than to check everyday and be upset when it doesn't come on ${whatever} day because I thought it'd come that day.

While that may apply to you, it certainly doesn't apply to everyone. Many people who are likely well over a week or a month away from receiving an email to buy their card are still following it closely, particularly knowing that production is supposed to be ramping up, so waiting until December is not at all a given. What does it matter what other people think anyway? If you're not interested, don't look at the spreadsheet ..just trying to figure the point of your post really. lol.

Looking at the spread sheet it looks like only the "Ultra" version 3080 FTW has dropped. Less than 100 of that SKU too. I thought it was both the gaming *and* the ultra. I'm a little less optimistic about my 7:07:31 spot in the 3883 SKU queue. (Low 60's ATM)

So we're moving about 5 minutes every weekday. 25 minutes a week. 1.8 hours a month. So I should expect my email in February. Time to hibernate I guess.

All info coming out of twitter says each week the batch should be larger, but we'll only know as time goes on.

Not at all. The majority of notification requests were on the first day, it definitely is not a constant. On top of that, NVidia/EVGA are ramping up production and that is just starting to come through now, so hopefully once that initial bunch on the first day are covered, the queue should move quite fast.

That the lack of people adding their dates to the sheet with dates after 9/17 and 9/18 doesn't mean those people don't exist. That's the principle that the prior person was basing their comments on. That's not a knowable thing, it's an assumption that the lack of dates on a random spreadsheet on the internet after 9/18 means the number of people is lower. While that may in fact be true... we cannot prove that it is true based on the data we have. There are 2 data points. A - The ratio of people posting their details on a spreadsheet with dates before/after 9/18 B - The ratio of people that exist with dates before/after 9/18. A != B We have incomplete data, and drawing conclusions from incomplete and data will not result in a factual representation of the state of affairs. We cannot say that since we dont see more listings on a spreadsheet that those people do not exist. Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence. We cannot conclude from the data we have, both that there **are** or **arent** more people after 9/18 than what is listed. However as listing oneself takes effort, its "potentially" more correct that the lower number is due to laziness or not caring than it is to people not existing. Since the default action of doing nothing would result in an unreported value. That's my only point. Using that spreadsheet for anything other than a rough guess is a bad idea, and no one should take whats posted there as anywhere near reality, because if we believe that's true... then there's only a few hundred signups on the first day. I think its pretty clear that's wrong. A few hundred people woudln't have taken down EVGA's website on launch day. There's much more demand on all days than what the spreadsheet shows

Sorry, should have been more clear - I am still waiting. I am guessing it is because not many XC3 have come in and it's been FTWs this week? Have there been any statements on XC3s coming in soon?

if anything, it allows us to post and trend "what we do know..." With all of the limitations associated with an incomplete model. Nonetheless, it's fun to follow the thread and see the little victories here and there...

q5sys ...words...
Apply some common sense - clearly there was a peak on the day of release, as you could not register before that date and the site was overrun with the number of people trying to get cards. There's likely be a 2nd peak on the notification lists for the day EVGA announced they would use the notification system as a queue to get around bots. Again, common sense. The data supplied on the list to date tends to support this, and does so particularly clearly on the initial release dates. Regardless, and as has been stated multiple times, the spreadsheet is purely a GUIDE and should not be considered anything but an unofficial indication, and is dependent on individuals maintaining their information correctly. This thread has already been locked once for pointlessly arguing over such arbitrary claims, so again, if you or anyone else doesn't like the spreadsheet and the information it provides, you do not have to pay any attention to it. Simple. You do not get to presume to speak for everyone else though. I have no more to say on it, except to say that if this is some desire to 'must have last word' on your part, then have at it, I won't respond again. Thanks for your cooperation.
