All that is needed is a few bigger shipments of cards and the queues will start to steam roll. I know stock has been slow, but... It is going to pick up per Jacob and most other indicators/buzz. The supply and the queue will inevitably meet in the middle... The question still is, what spot in the queue will we still need the queue? My thought is by first week or 2 in November, supply will be such that the queue will not even be needed anymore. I really anticipate next week at least making a serious dent in 9/17 queue people. If you aren't 9/17-9/18 in the queue, chances are stock will catch up before the queue gets to you. Now, someone tell me I am crazy.

MarcoRN Notifications don't work. My notification has been deleted
If you are an EU user (Italiano?) is because EVGA decided that for European users queue list and notification panel is not available. Probably we should wait a longer time to get our cards...we could leave this thread and maybe this forum

Celeras Jacob said XC3s next week
There are three different XC3 SKU's though and it looks like only one (of two) FTW SKU dropped this week. I'm hoping we get a decent spread on the XC3's when they drop.

It's a bummer that the Ultras are always first but that's always the way it goes. I have a friend who is super early on the normal XC3 list so hopefully we get a few to trickle out.

Phil6970 Hi Nereus, How do you find your current position? Phil.
The spreadsheet is at: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1FQupXX51TEgUaP4kIZIxVAMkYNDVzwaRbGikv7bGBgY/edit?pli=1#gid=0 That takes you to the only editable page where you can add your notify list details. When you enter your details it should show your position to the left of your name. The tabs down the bottom split it up that main list into the various cards, so if you click on one of those there's a sorted list, and also you can see who has updated their info to say they have received an email to purchase a card. As Northrop2 mentioned straight after this, it's only in indication; the list is unofficial and is not run by EVGA in any way.

You don't. All you can do is look up the google spreadsheet and kinda-sorta estimate where you might fall, based on the time you signed up for your notification. The google doc isn't complete, obviously, but it's the best open estimate the public has come up with.

Yup you are on there already, position # 723 for the 380 FTW3 Ultra. They emails are up to almost position # 100 and that will probably move faster over the next week or so as production ramps up (supposedly).

It's kind of crazy to think about how little production is coming in at this time. There must be less than 20 per day or perhaps 75 a week so far (that's optimistic IMO lol). If a "big batch is coming next week" is what we are being told today, I wonder what that could mean? Let's say it's double the current "guesstimate" of 75/week we are seeing now. That's 150/week and it will still be weeks away from me seeing an email. I am happy to have this queue, because I know I *WILL* be getting a card in the nearish future, but our expectations need to be brought back into reality. It's going to take time, but at least we get our freedom back from the frantic race against the bots alternative.

Most likely produced overseas which also means they are cargo shipped. Cards aren't made on the spot then readily available, they have a whole planning team from when launch happened back on 9/17 till now. This explains the delays as ocean travel can range + the addition of clearing customs once it arrives in Long beach.

He said this week was a large shipments and it went to about 18 minutes. Oh course we don't know the true number of cards. It's probably more cards given the article saying 50k people hit auto notify before the even announced this.

Just a guess but I'd imagine what we've been seeing is a "large" batch of card X comes in, notifications go out and the majority of them are purchased. A small number, for whatever reason, aren't purchased so they go back into the pool of available cards that are then re-released the next day. Hence the "big batch" of cards one day and a smaller batch of cards the next. I suspect that'll continue to be the pattern until we reach a tipping point on supply and demand. In a nutshell, I'd expect to see the list start to move faster and faster as more supply of ALL 30XX cards hit the market. Some will buy the first thing available and fall off the list, supply will increase incrementally, etc, etc. It's essentially a stone rolling down a hill picking up momentum. Yes I know my name is Captain Obvious.

I'd kind of hoped there would be a point where they'd be like: "Okay, we've gotten in 25,000 cards, so we're going to knock out the first few days of the queue." Not long ago during a factory tour, Gigabyte stated they have the capacity to produce around 50k GPU's a month. I'd expect EVGA, ASUS, and the rest to be at least somewhere in that ballpark. I guess everyone is waiting to receive the boards from Nvidia in order to actually produce them at this point.

Well if the rumors are true about the flood of 3080s coming very soon from nvidia due to Navi launch, will be very interesting to observe. Nvidia you better not be playing games.
