That 64.07 might be the best I can get on air that is 40-45F.  Any higher in GPU clocks and GPU speeds hit 2280 MHz during the benchmark and crashes.

Some place he posted he had a Alphacool waterblock for his Zotac.



31C average temp = chilled water and a waterblock or the PC was outside in cold weather.  Most 3090's with water blocks run 45C to 50C or even higher.

-No OCing.
-Old Hardware (AOK for Summer 2016 lol).
-Only using MB Optimal defaults+Memory's EMP Profile in BIOS.
-Using the Switch on my 3090 for a more aggressive Fan Curve. (I LUV THAT EVGA!!!)
-No time wasted. Just played and played games (100's of hours) after slapping-in the EVGA 3090 FTW3 ULTRA GAMING just six weeks ago (end of November 2020).
-Ran PrecisionX1 one time and let it update vBIOS; but never used it again. No AB. Nothing. All thanks to the Switch on the Card for a more aggressive Fan Curve. (Again- LUV EVGA FOR the physical Switch on the card!!!)

67.83 fps
 

 
I just really wanted to see 2,300Mhz and kept going until i reached it :)
 
maybe i will push for more in the future but seeing 2,310 at room temps really left a smile i love this card

No volt mods

I looked into it unfortunately it’s not available for the ftw3 since its all analog.

You would need a strix or a similar card with digital controls and a header so you can plug in an Elmore evc, ext

Think i just got lucky with really nice silicone
