magillaman 65.64 FPS.. so far 65.64 Will run some more benches this weekend
Kingpin or FTW3? It wasn't in your post with the results. andreibondrea Zotac first place, interesting.
The list has been updated multiple times since the original post. Zotac in 1st place was very short lived.

slayertx yea so i just got my 3090ftwu and it's popping my evga 850w psu mid tests. I hate having to scale the power back. I don't even have an oc on the cpu right now :-( when I got that test to run it was saying 54 fps
Ouch, that's a bummer. Ill have to bring this up to my friend who laughed at me for buying a 1300W PSU a few years ago. "You'll never need that much power!" That said, come on back after you get it sorted and let us know the results!
Yeah I had the same comments from my friends about the cards not needing that much power! Look who's laughing now

My Kingpin got me 66.61. It feels good to finally beat my Gaming X Trio and Strix scores. Unfortunately it took a Kingpin 3090 to do it! lol

I used the quick disconnect fittings I have in my loop to add a few feet of tubing and a 280mm radiator that was sitting in a cooler with of ice and water. Idle temps were 4C-6C depending on how much ice melted.

A few minutes before that I had a Port Royal run that is 11th place on the 3DMark hall of Fame. https://www.3dmark.com/pr/1113088It looks like someone submitted a new score this morning that bumped me to 12th place in the 3DMark hall of Fame for Port Royal.

Our both your cards close to equal, when I was running my train wreck set up my ultra was the better card over the Kingpin. How much OC + memory and core on cards single. Iam waiting to get another matching card to set up sli in PC case. My Kingpin is a rma card that OC better then the old card and now beats my ultra with much higher temp until winter comes. RMA kingpin http://www.3dmark.com/pr/1113751 and Ultra http://www.3dmark.com/pr/728013 Old Kingpin http://www.3dmark.com/pr/654869 .

My 3090 Kingpins are awful and mismatched in GPU and VRAM overclocking ability to be honest. The Hybrid with the Hydro Copper kit has trouble getting the VRAM past a +900 overclock(when stock and also with the HC kit) unless the card is chilled. Also, the GPU on that card doesn't overclock any better than the the two 3090 Strix cards I've used or 3090 FTW3 cards I've owned or my 3090 Gaming X Trio. The other card, the Kingpin Hydro Copper will do a +1300 to +1400 OC on the VRAM, but the GPU won't overclock much without being chilled. Both kingpins achieve lower stable GPU clocks on stock voltage in benchmarks than all of the other 3090 cards I've used. The poor ambient temperature GPU overclocking ability of my Kingpin 3090 cards makes me wonder if they are actually binned GPUs at all. My kingpin Hydro Copper and my Kingpin Hybrid with the Hydro Copper kit run about 45C during benchmarks with three 360mm radiators, D5 pump at full speed and fans at full speed. That's similar temperatures to what the 3090 Strix and 3090 Gaming X Trio did with GPU water blocks. My 3090 Gaming X Trio on stock voltage achieves higher stable clock speeds than either of my kingpin cards can on stock voltage or even with a slight voltage increase for the kingpins using the classified tool. The two Strix cards I had on stock voltage also achieved higher stable clock speeds than my Kingpins could on stock voltage or with a slight increase in voltage. The only advantage I see to the Kingpin is the ability to control the voltage and LLC through the classified tool. If they were binned GPUs I'd expect them to have higher stable overclocks with stock voltage than the other 3090s I've used unless I randomly got 6 or 7 different 3090 cards of other models that were magical silicon lottery winners. The chances of that are low. I tried different power supplies from EVGA, Seasonic, and BeQuiet with no difference in overclocking ability. In addition to that, my 3090 Gaming X Trio has higher benchmark scores on stock voltage with the MSI 450 watt BIOS when chilled than either Kingpin 3090 can achieve with the 520 watt BIOS and the same cooling setup. Basically it was a pain to get the two GPUs to work together to achieve a good score. I'm tempted to take both cards apart, and take measurements for the thermal pads. Then find better quality thermal pads and try KPX or Kryonaut for the GPU to see if that helps at all.

When I got the RMA Hybrid Kingpin I tested before I put Hc block on make sure card worked and then put HC block on with KPX paste and new thermal pads. Back Plate is covered Like a Optimus block I cut a hole for dip switch . Used these on Backside had to cut two chunks to cover whole plate. AIYUNNI Thermal Pad, 200x200x1.5mm Highly Efficient Thermal Conductivity 6.0 W/mK, front , Thermalright Odyssey Thermal Pad 12.8 W/mK, 120x120x2mm, Heat Resistance, High-Temperature Resistance, Non-Conductive, The card cooled better with this set up then my ultra with Optimus block a little. When I get a 2nd Kingpin HC card will test stock and do same set up as I have now see how much difference it makes. Current Kingpin + 1500 mem and + 230 on core using classified tool with very high ambient temp. Thanks for your input !

I wish either of my Kingpins were capable of getting anywhere neat that without being chilled to near zero C at idle.
