Need help with rma

Hi! The status in my profile still shows "preparing to ship product"...since 31/01 - about 2 weeks. Wrote to support, but no progress. I have some worries about such delay, and the card condition i should get.Also i want to ask - will the warranty prolng for days, that i don't own card?

    Europe. Sorry again for topic in this thread.
    I wrote to eu support in friday, was answered, that they had stock count, and latest in monday i would have status update...wrote yesterday again, but have got a strange answer about not my rma(number), that had been sent in monday...wrote again-waiting...but already 2 weeks(!)

    We're sorry for the inconvenience, that my resender have used the wrong number.
    However, the rest of the message is correct.

    Furthermore, you have asked about an update and I will gladly provide it to you.

    But! Still don't understand - i didn't get any info from courier company(they say - dhl), and can't track the number for shipment from letter through dhl site. All i have in profile - s/n of replacement and "preparing to ship product"..and answer from support, that replacement was send. In last letter support didn't repeat the number of shipment with correct number of rma...
     
    update -
    can track now, see shipment on dhl site, hope it is really my rma.
