    Driver release notes:

    https://us.download.nvidi...ktop-release-notes.pdf

Changes and Fixed Issues in Version 417.35

The following sections list the important changes and the most common issues resolved in this version. This list is only a subset of the total number of changes made in this driver version. The NVIDIA bug number is provided for reference.

    Fixed Issues in this Release:

 [SLI][TITAN Xp]: SLI is disabled by default after installing the driver. [200471881]
 [TITAN V][NVIDIA Control Panel]: The Workstation->Manage GPU Utilization page
    appears when it shouldn’t. [200470813]
 [Rocket League]: The game launches to a white screen with audio in the background and then crashes. [2451530]
 [Battlefield V: Day0 97][Ansel]: After being moved all the way to the left, the Ansel field-of view (FoV) slider stops following the click-and-drag mouse movement. [2438857]
 [Hitman 2 Silent assassin]: There is flickering texture corruption in the game. [200472315]
 [Notebook][3D games]: Frame rate of 3D games may drop to under 30 fps on notebooks. [2456653]

Open Issues in Version 417.35 WHQL

As with every released driver, version 417.35 WHQL of the Release 415 driver has open issues and enhancement requests associated with it. This section includes lists of issues that are either not fixed or not implemented in this version. Some problems listed may not have been thoroughly investigated and, in fact, may not be NVIDIA issues. Others may have workaround solutions.

For notebook computers, issues can be system-specific and may not be seen on your particular notebook.

    Windows 10 Issues:

 [GeForce GTX 1080Ti]: Random DPC watchdog violation error when using multiple GPUs on motherboards with PLX chips. [2079538]
 [Firefox]: Cursor shows brief corruption when hovering on certain links in Firefox. [2107201]
     [G-Sync]: Random flickering occurs when connecting G-sync monitor + non-G-Sync HDMI monitor with G-Sync enabled. [2399845]

good to hear.  Might give it a shot.  I've been back on 39x.xx since I tried an earlier 4xx driver a few weeks ago and had problems with my monitors going to sleep and the card stop responding and not waking them up forcing a front panel power button shutdown/restart.  (not locked up just no video)  Supposedly the newest drivers combined with WoW's multi-threaded changes in DX12 mode for the latest major patch are a big boost to in game performance.  I've gotten some of that with just the patch, but don't have whatever video driver optimizations are apparently contributing as well.  I did think it was weird there was nothing about it in the 4xx update notes though so maybe Blizzard is smoking something and there's not actually anything on the video driver side or it's just undocumented on Nvidia's part.

Installed last night.  Cautiously optimistic so far but I haven't had the refusal of monitors to come out of standby that I had with 416.34 so it looks like that's fixed.  Well, sort of.  Now they're back to not wanting to go IN standby, but I've been having that problem for months even before my dual monitor upgrade.  I think I have some background thing interfering.

So how many have moved to the Nvidia Control Panel app to use DCH drivers?

To the ones in the know, when are we expected to move to this new DCH driver conveyance that Microsoft introduced with Win10 Oct '18 update?

i refuse to use DCH drivers, they aren't an improvement at all and just add more compatibility issues.

EVERYTIME I install this update it causes Windows 10 Pro to reboot repeatedly. I cannot even make it to the desktop to roll back the driver. Now I have that pesky update BLOCKED. Using the Microcrap standard Nvidia driver 3/23/18 and the system runs fine, took me a month to figure out it was 4.17.35 that was causing all my problems! Now with the new release of 417.58 my system is up to date with no repeated reboots. Though not my specific issue with sleep/resume, I took the chance the new release would resolve my issue. I thank the community for putting me on the right track to getting my system ready to game when I am. Lock and load troopers.

For me this is one of the worst Drivers for this issue.....ie monitors not coming out of sleep, to the point I have to do a power button shutdown, in the past it was just one or the other monitor and powering it off/on would get things working again.

Per a suggestion earlier in the year by Sajin I uninstalled the HD Audio Driver and installed the M$ one instead and things are much better , no issues the last two days....

I did see .58 was out but also read a couple of reports that people where having reboot issues and having to do a restore etc , so I was waiting for more reports 1st as I am not holding my breathe since this "bug" has be around for 6-9 months now , maybe a year?
391.24 is still the best one for me actually as far as the Blank outs and not returning from Sleep , So I decided to try the HD Audio Driver from 391.24 along with these Drivers and so far so good too. Still had occassional not coming back on if the computer slept with 391.24 HD audio driver too.

What's this about DP corruption and black screens? I using 417.35 with two GTX1080's and I haven't experienced these issues.
My displays come out of sleep fine. I have High Performance set with the displays going to sleep after 15 minutes and the computer set to never.

Yes Kbird, it was the 417.35 that was causing my issues. It came in on an update run months ago and then for no reason I could isolate Windows 7 Ultimate started rebooting at random. That driver had me pulling parts reading community and starting over from scratch. Well, my system is squeaky clean now and running smoothly after I installed Windows 10 Pro and 417.58! I fought a major war with Microcrap UpF"INGdate on installing drivers individually. MSConfig is my best friend and it is a mistake Microcrap wants to take total control of our updates when mistakes like this slip through. I do highly recommend 417.58 hotfix for the issues you are having though they are not specifically the one I had I can see they are similar. Good Hunting brother and get that system buckled down. Starz out.

If the Computer never sleeps you won't suffer from this issue , the monitors, at least for me, sleep fine unless the computer goes to sleep, then they don't wake up. With .35 I was having to do a forced power down if the Computer slept ...until  I uninstalled the Nvidia HD Audio Driver and replaced it with the M$ HD Audio one.

I currently use the topic drivers with SLI 980 Ti Classified ACX 2.0 using EVGA 1-slot HB Bridge.  When playing BFV I noticed SLI was nonexistent which I wasn't ready for since BF1 supported SLI (eventually).
I tried using the fix provided by Sajin in post #14 in the "Geforce Game Ready Driver 416.94" thread.
The fix definitely works and enables SLI and takes advantage of both cards but I keep getting random CTDs. I was wondering if there was anything I could change in the BFV Nvidia Inspector profile or if anyone knows of a fix for the CTDs using this SLI fix. It runs really smooth and fine and then suddenly it just crashes. Thanks.

The CTD's are being caused by the game and not the profile. I've seen people complain about CTD's even when running single gpu.
