Low CPU score in Timespy when using 2 GPUS

ok, so here is my spec:



when i run two cards my CPU score is horrible - any ideas how to fix it?
in the past with 1080s it was ok'ish...

    my bad, used less ram for greater ram OC
    with 32GB all is fine - 4200 cl17 is max for my Dark, same membs on Z390 went to 4500 cl15 :(

    Make sure to set Windows power settings to High Performance. Even if you've done everything right, I've seen "Balanced" randomly decide to let the processor underclock for a bench or two without an explanation.
