Looking for a modified bios for a Evga 980ti Kingpin

Hey guys I recently bought the GTX 980 TI kingpin for the Evga B stock which has a 76% ASIC rated for card which I'm running with watercooling so I switched to the OC BIOS & started playing around with GPU aswell as the Mem speeds which I got a nice little OC to 1502Mhz for the core & 4000mkz for the Mem via precision X but I'm having trouble with keeping the overclock stable when Benchmarking it starts off well but then it crashes. 
 
So I'm trying the find where I can modified BIOS to unlock the Voltage and TDP limits that way I know I be able to play with voltage to make my overclock more stable.
 
1. Nvflash is telling me that the card ID is 10DE 17C8 3842 5998
2. Gpu-Z says the bios is 84.00.36.01.90
 
So if anyone knows where I can get a modded bios or someone that can make one that would be great.

    Hey Diatribe thanks for the link to the guide I had a quick look at it looks helpfully but I still need to get my hands on a modified BIOS to unlock the Voltage and TDP limits..

    Hey bcavnaugh you sir are a legend thanks tons for the link with the bios I just downloaded them & now need to just nvflash the bios over I will let you know how I go with it all

    Very nice you should get some nice overclocking with the water chiller....
     
    So tried to Flash the modified BIOS to the card & have run into a Cert 2.0 error which stops me from loading the bios to the card

    First I have disable the card in device manager then reset the computer then
    then I have run nvflash in CMD as an administrator with no luck at all ....

    Sorry I was not able to help in the end.
    It takes me longer to edit and find things on line that others as well as doing the update myself as you have above.
