Why, they make quality parts. I also picked up a 390ci cold plate and it is much nicer than my EK block. Will see.....?

Oh ya I don't want a fire in my media room when the board shorts out.....  I only use the chiller for bench marking. I have a Predator 360 mounted on back of the wet bench.

Update: Ran the chiller at 18c overclock the processor to 4.5 GHz with 1.375 core voltage. Ran Time Spy CPU never went over 50c and the GPU never went over 22c. Dew point here is 12.22c so some time this week going for 13c or 14c overclock of the CPU to 4.6 GHz voltage hopefully not more that 1.45v. Will see shooting for a Time Spy score above 12500 right know sitting at 12122. GPU 203 on the core and 754 memory (hope to get 208 / 800). I think with temps going down I will be able to due better.

Most people may not like a wet bench but I like the way you set up yours.

This is very cool, no pun...
How's it going with the chiller, I really enjoy Koolance gear but its so expensive.

I think they make a heating pad that you can place on the underside of the motherboard to help with dew.

The chiller is awesome! I just use it for benchmarks and I have increased all my scores. I also have a Koolance 390ci CPU cold plate it brought my temps down 3 to 4c from my EKWB CPU block.

So far I have not had any condensation on the bottom of the board. I have it on the top of the CPU block and the QDC to the video card.

I started the new X299 build. I could not Wait any longer for the EVGA Dark so I went with the Asus X299 Apex very nice board. Purchased G.Skill Trident 32gb 3600 CL16. Still trying to get a 7980Xe but I don't have time to sit around with my finger on the add to cart button. Can't wait to get the new build on the chiller for bench marks.

Finally I was able to secure a i9-7980XE delided from silicon Lottery. Be here Saturday the 28th hope it was worth the wait. Since these chips run so hot the chiller should be very helpful.
