Guys, is there any way to check where you are on the wait list? I am quite confused by the whole process...

For the K|NGP|Ns, I have been keeping a self-reported list for each of the Hybrid and the Hydro Copper. To be clear, these lists are incomplete and only include folks that have posted or PMed me their times in these two queues.

But it also makes me wonder: is there a way to check for our status in the EVGA wait list then? I applied for the wait list so long ago, I can no longer remember when, lol

There is no official list of registrants...the total number of registrants is a complete mystery to everybody outside of EVGA.
 
That said, you can check your "My Notifies" (here: https://www.evga.com/community/myNotifies.asp) timestamps against the latest Queue Summary for North American (here: EVGA Queue Summary).

I dropped out newt from the 90 hybrid after the queue change ne big deals to me I'm close to a ti good enough I just need one anyway. thanks for all you do

Who else on the KP queue is in the same situation as I am? I have gotten a 30 series card from the queue, but this is the one I really wanted. Had I known the rules would change I would have played this queue game differently.  

I signed up two hours after the last guy who got their purchase email, and currently No.1 on the self-reported list for KP3090 Hybrid, got other cards either for myself or for friends(don't have any 3090, got two 3060s for friends back in Feb, and got a 3080Ti in June while waiting for Kingpin), and been waiting in the KP queue since March. Been waiting to complete by build with a KP and with days or a week or two away from my email, EVGA pulled this.
 
If they want to push my position back because I already got another 3090, i can understand it, but they are pushing people back on 80/80Ti/90 queues because they bought a 60 or 70Ti.
Changing it in a way that if you got a 3090, you get pushed to back of line for other 3090 SKUs. If you got a 3080, you get pushed to back of line for other 3080 SKUs. But pushing you to back of line for 3090 cuz you got a 3060 or 3070 does not make sense.

I am in the queue for the hybrid KP and was expecting to get the notify in the next few weeks. I run a custom water loop so I joined the queue for the KP water block. I came up for the water block last week and damn near bought it but figured I could rejoin that queue because I really didn't know when I would get the KP. Glad I didn't make the purchase now.

I believe KP water block is exempted from the definition of "30 series card" in "Accounts that have NOT purchased an EVGA 30 series card yet as part of the queue will be prioritized."

With Jacob's announcement of a few minutes ago, we are now back to one queue...but action is required on your part by October 10 (23:59:59).  So don't sleep on it....

So now we just need to wait for the Kingpin Super, probably in January. On the bright side, Optimus may have started shipping the KPE waterblock by then (and hopefully it will still fit)

Remains to be seen. I've speculated that they may need to have a brief window of unlocking the notifications to allow for folks to swap out for a Super registration.  Lots of nuances there, so I am sure EVGA has it on the list of things to figure out....

Yes, i guess it all depends on a couple of scenarios; If the 3090 is still being produced, and if EVGA has a kingpin and kingpin super SKU. Then we get into the terrible mess as seen with 3080/3080TI - Nvidia focuses on 3090 super production and 3090 queues wait forever. It's all just a money grab for Nvidia - sub 5% performance improvement does not warrant a new product line/launch - but for Nvidia, history has shown that it does.
