The Hybrid has shipped 60 in July and Aug on the queue list and the HC was moved a total of 4.

I asked Jacob what was up when the notification button was removed recently and he just didn't respond. Even if they're technically still producing them I wouldn't expect to be offered one until Lovelace is at the very least announced.

I suspect Lovelace will be out around Sept 2022.
I believe we'll see movement on the HC in the next month or probably two, subject to the Hybrid availability. The Hybrid waitlist is still 3 months longer than the HC queue. I wouldn't be discouraged by the fact that the Auto Notify button has been removed from the HC queue. EVGA did the same earlier in the year, after the first tranche was announced in May, they removed the Auto Notify button until the first tranche was delivered, then re-instated in June.
Perhaps i'm wrong, just trying to remain optimistic, although at this point, there's not much difference in my queue position between the HC and Hybrid.

Lol it was one dude running a couple twitter accounts to stir the pot while there's nothing going on in the GPU landscape right now. Make up some model #'s and high but realistic sounding wattages and go. The reports would be a A40 core and completely different bus/ram/VRM or a cut down A100 core, but I doubt they're going to just start gutting the data center business to make a few hundred 5% stronger gamer chips.
