Kingpin was able to do 15596 on the stock aio in PR. That is what I’m going to shoot for.

Note: That was also in a 78f room.

The problem with the video is that your boost clock varies from card to card (ex I had a 2080Ti that I could do a +200 offset for 2100 MHz clock / and another one I could only add an offset of +50 for 2125 MHz ) 
 
Maybe you should share the max clocks achieved as a better measurement in the bellow scenarios.
 
1. out of box - as this would be a good baseline for the silicon lottery
2. adding offset without power / voltage limits - this will give indication about scalability with power 
3. adding offset after changing the dips - this will give an indication about scalability with current
 
Also the important part is the temperature in all of the above scenarios (as far as I understood the cooling solution is keeping the card <60C in load at default)

Default stock cooling keeps it around 50c in a 23.33C room temp in normal conditions open case.
