When he does not answer, usually it's his way to say no. I believe as a PR person it is probably his best course of action for him to be positive vs negative.

Someone would have to be pretty crazy to pay that for the water block or loaded with too much cash. Just plain crazy for a water block. I'm pretty sure it's just a ploy and that the seller would accept a offer that they already figured out how low they would go on the block since it has the option to make an offer. But still pretty crazy.

Possibly more this week:
I am not sure if Jacob really answered the question. What does he mean by "Not yet. We are fulfilling those in the queue first". His answer does not make sense. This only makes sense if he was referring to the KPE HC card. He may have misread the question and thought that it was referring to the KPE HC card and not the block only. He did say in another tweet that the KPE HC card queue will open again once they go through the initial set of queue.

^Like I mentioned, possibly. If no HC block kit this week, I'll just add my own custom cooling solution to the card and drop the notify.
