When will non-elite members have access to the queue?

~6AM Pacific, 04-JUN-2021 for 3080 Ti.

According to a tweet from EVGA Elite only is until 6/4 9am. So... normal gross pleb people can queue tomorrow at 9am PST.

This is false.  EVGA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti cards will launch on 6/10. 
 
Regarding the 3080 Ti XC3 Ultra, we had a limited quantity of these cards at launch, so we limited the queue number at this time.  When we have more available to sell via EVGA.com, you'll see the Auto-Notify button again.  However, I do not currently have an ETA.

Why not just open up the auto-notify queue and send out purchase links as they arrive?  I can't imagine that this is somehow worse than letting EVGA's entire userbase fight over queue spots via mashing the F5 key as seen earlier today, which did lead to an outage.

They are damned if they do leave the auto-notify button on (some folks are still waiting for registrations from 9/16 (the day before the official 9/17 3080 launch) for the 3080 Gaming Black...and yes they are complaining about it) and damned if they don't (current complaints about not being able to sign up for the limited-supply card). I guess it is a pick-your-poison situation...I can't say I blame them for choosing to turn some auto-notify buttons off...they have better information that what we have. YMMV.

Video cards are really hard to buy these days. People that got the 3080 ti from best buy this morning already listed for sale on ebay. There are scalpers, miners more than actual gamers. I am considering to buy a whole system from a builder that comes with 3090.

That is what I have done, found a good company that lets me choose my options. How long it takes is another question. They said before July 1 with 3080ti. I got to pick RAM motherboard and all the other things. The graphics card is a mystery though. FE or whatever they have on hand I suppose.

Totally passing on the 3080ti. The initial pricing announcement was ridiculous, but I held out for the reviews before I made my final decision.
 
This card is getting roasted everywhere. The increase in price over a 3080 is not even close to being justified by the marginal performance boost. ~70% increase in MSRP over 3080 for <10% average performance boost ... Insulting.

A normal person wouldn't even be thinking - let alone wanting - to upgrade from a 3080 to a 3080 Ti.
 
The 3080 Ti is a serious upgrade if you have a card from one or two generations ago.
 
The people who are roasting the 3080 Ti are living in their own little bubbles, completely detached from reality.  The bottom line is that it's still the top-performing card for the money, and a significant upgrade when compared to the 2080 Ti.

You have to be a little bit delusional if you don't understand why the 3080 Ti is being roasted. It's not much faster than the 3080. It's also priced $200 more than the 6900 XT which beats it in rasterized performance. 
 
Sure these are desperate times, but we shouldn't be fanboys. We should call NVIDIA out for what they are doing. 
 
Lets all be 100% honest here. If AMD didn't have the 6700 XT and the 6800 XT coming with some leaks about their price, do you think NVIDIA would have released a $700 3080? HELL NO! The 3080 would have been $850-$1000!
 
We're lucky AMD is competing with NVIDIA now, fans win.

Those benchmarks contradict every review I've seen.  Are all reviewers NVIDIA shills?  Or are your benchmarks bull****?

also you can't forget the crazy the aib prices for most of the amd cards 6900xts run at 1399-1799 the founders may be 999 but thats a pretty lucky thing to snag if your able to catch an amd site drop. were just pretty much in a time that any card of any relevance will sell out no matter what

Every 6900 I have seen is 2000+ dollars. Even on Newegg shuffle

ive seen some on newegg shuffle where it legit gets paired with a motherboard and cpu but the ones ive seen alone are always super marked up 2000+ ones on there so you are right. people comparing amds msrp to nvidia's and saying the 3080ti is bad because its msrp is 200 more then the 6900xt have not looked at what 6900xt's go for other then the random lucky ones on amds website here and there as amd's after market cards are basically pre scalped
