How to scale the GTX 570 to full screen TV

I just installed the GTX 570 and need to know where I go to set the scale/ratio so the desktop fills up my 42 inch flat panel TV screen.

    Go to the control panel, right click on your desktop

    Hello and welcome to the forum. What is the native resolution of the  flat panel TV? 1920x1080?  You may not have the desktop resolution set to your panel's native resolution. The model number would help as well. Generally, the HDTV should do the scaling. Most have a setting for the HDMI input you're using to set 'PC mode' and 'one to one pixel' ratio. Check your manual. In the Nvidia control panel...
