How did you manage to get a free bump?

Maybe he complained that they were monitoring his connection?

I will post mine when I get home but honestly, I can care less about down and up speeds. It is all about the latency!!!!

Difference is night and day.  Windstream had latency problems and would not have them fixed till 2014... told them to go screw them selves and drop my service finally... after 17 years being with that company we are now with a new company :P

I'm supposed to have 25Mb/s upload. I'm not even close. Any idea as to why? Should I complain to Verizon?

It sucks that what used to be Verizon here is now Frontier, they're awful and they took away the 35/35 package :(

37ms ping to a server located about 150 miles away I think and down was 12.58 and up was .95. I have service with a local cable company and I pay 45 a month. Online gaming and everything is fine but its soo sad that this nation has horrible net speeds compared to other under developed nations......those darn cell phone companies..
