Help, what is HAHD?

I have a question about my best buy version of windows 7.
The packgae said it would only load onto an - internally mounted NAND or magnetic-base hard drive.
I know what the hard drive is, but what is a  NAND  ?
I called Microsoft and the guy on the phone never told me what NAND was but that he assured me windows 7 would load onto a SSD.
I sure would like to know if this version wd7 will work with an SSD before I open it.
Any ideas guys?

    NAND is a type of flash memory used is SSD's .  You are fine with using your Win 7 on any of your drives you want.

    Internally mounted NAND = SSD.
     
    HAHD = High Density Hard Drive.
