And also sir I would want to know that if we change the thermal paste can u RMA? Cause it was going hot.

Changing the thermal paste will not void the warranty.

I purchased it on 3rd October 2016..and it's from eBay.pls I'm so much confused and don't have enough knowledge about RMA.:(

Individual I have her contact no.i called her up but she said she cannot give the invoice cause they deleted old invoices.

Sounds like you're out of luck. You'll need to buy a new video card. Since your card is out of warranty you could try baking the video card if you're getting artifacts.

If you bake the card, I would (and always do) do it with the GPU side facing up..Otherwise, heavier surface-mounted components like VRAM chips or even the GPU chip itself might fall off, that's happened before too.
