Hello Rockstar4u and welcome to the EVGA forum.

Have you made any changes to the system prior the first time issue started?
How old is the power supply?
What make and model is the power supply?
What game/games is are you running that trigger the crash?
Edit: What is the temperature of the 750 Ti at the time of crashes?

I am not quite an expert but like to try and help also gain you some more exposure of your thread in hopes experienced others will swoop in.

The power supply is of 800 watts it's a foxin power supply with a 120 mm fan..and I was not able to game in my windows 10 64 so I thought of try windows 7 32 but still no clue..the game would start sometime with AA on for 10/20 min and sometime even it's(AA) turned off game would crash...It's irregular drop out..I never could say when it will crash..:(

If you have access to another PC try your video card in that PC.

That foxin psu isn't that great I would recommend replacing it with a seasonic psu. Your issue sounds like a defective video card since you said you were able to play rage without any issues. I'm guessing you couldn't play rage before underclocking the card?

I could play rage 2 days ago when I opened my computer case and placed a Big table fan in front of the PC still AA at 8..but not with AA 16 but what u told in last comment I did that and I could play rage with full 16AA that's it...and I wanna know 1 more thing that sometime I get a clicking sound from computer...so if a hard drive gives that sound sometime can that be a issue to for random crash? again thanks :)

The clicking noise could be coming from anything such as a hard drive, fan, or even a wire touching a fan inside the pc.

so if a hard drive gives that sound sometime can that be a issue to for random crash?

Doubt it unless the clicking and crashing are occurring at exactly the same time.

One thing to note I can play game only if I down clock it...so can the card be damaged?:(

Yes, I believe the card has a problem. Only way to know for sure would be to test the card in another system.

Hard to test the card in another system if you can't get the drivers installed. What error did you receive when attempting to install the drivers?

Won't matter if you get the invoice or not if you didn't purchase the card from an evga authorized reseller.
