ok i need some help on under standing whats going on here. ive uninstalled and reinstalled AB reinstalled my video drivers and even did a reflash on my titan. i still get this issue. its acting like i have the factory kboost disabled. down clocks itself after about a minute or so if not being used. get into a game and it clocks back up to 1202. i am so lost. and to boot 6% power. which isnt bad but i wasnt having this issue until last night. can any one shed a glimps of light on this for me.

Looks like your overclock settings are still applied.

What are you expecting? The card to run at 1202 even at idle?

Running at lower speeds at idle is completely normal. If you want the card to run at 1202 all the time even when idle all you will need to do is change power management mode inside the nvidia control to prefer maximum performance under the gloabl settings tab under manage 3d settings then reboot your computer.

Hmmm thought i did that. I was under the assumption when it describes boost disabled it would run at the clock specified. Which that perticular bios was 1006. The memory clock is still concerning to me. My factory sc bios never down clocked it. Is this a behavior of custom bios. Excuss the ignorance. I just wanna be sure im burning up a 1k card.

Boost disabled means the clock won't automatically adjust itself when under load. It has nothing to do with idle speeds. The card should run at slower speeds when idle.
