Oh.....Almost Forgot to Show on the Back of the MB that I also added some Kneadable Eraser, a square of Neoprene and used some more Tape to hold a Rear SB Barrier in Place.

I Ran Out of Insulating Materials to Finish the Rest of the Preparations, So I'll have to wait for The UPS Truck to bring More Stuff from Frozencpu.com later this week.

OK, I Still have to Stuff and Cover with Paper towels/T-paper Underneath/Around the SB Water block and CPU Area.
 
I Should have just Sprayed the Entire Board with Vaseline Like I use to and Left it at That.
 
It would have been Much Easier (and Less Time Consuming), But I am the One that decided to give Kneadable Eraser/Shop Towels/T-Paper a try, so I'm Still Learning...........

Finished Installing Top Insulation and Tested Vapo Head for Contact Patch.
 
Any Other Comments?, If Not, It's Almost Time for Re-assembly............BUT, I'll Wait a Little While until I'm SURE Nobody Notices Any Steps I might have Missed!
 

 

The System Booted up OK, But HWMonitor and Real Temp aren't showing the right Temps, But the ASUS OC Remote Panel shows the CPU at -18C and My Thermal Probe on the Vapo Shows -43C at the top of the Evaporator.
 
Must have some settings Wrong in the BIOS or Software Problems with the HWMonitor and Real Temp? 
 

if i remember correctly the CPU heat sensor on die doesnt read below -5 so thats why realtemp stops there. the one that the remote octhing must be reading it from elsewhere

Yeah you just need another k-type to get it all sorted out, like hellshealer said the CPU sensor doesn't go very low.

Although It's been a Real PITA (Actually in the Lower Back!) using this Kneadable Eraser Method, Maybe things will go more smoothly from now on.

Yep, it is one pain in the behind. So i just break out the rolling pin and roll it out then cut it in place as one whole piece.

I was always on the fence with the eraser.  I liked coating the board with liquid rubber to prevent the moisture damage, and used foam to actually insulate.  Gotta use that stuff thick to get it off easier.  The eraser always stuck.
 
John, you still use that super secret pot I made you?  I still have the 10lbs chunk that was going to be the "improved" version ;)

That's About as High on the CPU as I can do Tonight with just Multipliers and Vcore!
 
Water Temps in the Chiller are only set at 70F (21C) for Cooling the KPE's and MB, But Still Managed on the Last Run to set Precision X at +450MHz on Both the GPU and Memory!
 
I am Going to Sit Down and Reflect on How Well the System has Performed on the First Series of Benching!
