I would prefer 2 580s instead of a MARS II, also if I remember disassembling the heat shroud structure on that card voids the warranty as per ASUS's EULA on those products.

Well then feel free to send it my way for a personal inspection.
I hope one day I can actually see one of these in person. But I highly doubt it.

Obviously its not the PCB that weighs that much, its the massive heatsink designed to cool 2 580's.

I was looking to see how you could make a more efficient heat sink for the m18x, but not sure how you could do that though.
