Hello, I'm in the process of making a shorter cable for my motherboard connector and I very carefully, one by one, transferred the wires into another spare 24-pin ATX plug. It should be 100% correct,, but I'm in the process of checking continuity and stuff but I'm getting VERY different readings from the pinout for the G2 850 that's been posted before (I'll attach it here again). I really need a matching pinout for the T2 1600 as it seems to be quite a bit different from G2 850. For example on the 18-pin ATX connector in that goes into the PSU, there's supposed to be two pin slots (15, 6) that aren't being used but in my connector I only see one pin slot (15) that's unoccupied. I have a capacitor going from 4 to 15 instead of 4 to 16. Also I've got wires going to very different locations than on the attached pin out too. Can someone please help me figure out what's going on by providing an accurate pin out for the T2 1600 motherboard wire specifically?

My suggestion would be to contact EVGA tech support

I did some further testing and found that the pinout doesn't match 100% but none of them are going to wrong the voltage source. All the 3.3v, 5v, 12v, and ground lines seem to go into an appropriate PSU outputs and the singular lines like the power on, -12v, power ok, and 5v standby all match perfectly. Theoretically it should work but I would like a more accurate pinout diagram for the cable that is supplied with the T2 1600 as it's clearly different from these other diagrams.

Hi, sorry but I've already looked at that information and it unfortunately isn't 100% accurate.

While 18 + 10 pin connectors are accurate and helpful for making a brand new cable, because the voltages and grounds are going to the right places; it's not the exact same as the included cable for the 1600 T2. It allowed me to verify that the cable I made will work and won't cause any damage, but the standard cable included with the 1600 T2 is clearly different than what's used in those pinout diagrams for the 850 G2.

I got a replacement cable from EVGA and took the time to make the pin out for this cable. It's not as pretty as the one in the earlier image but should make enough sense if someone wants to make a pretty one. Matching symbols next to numbers on the 24-pin cable indicate locations of capacitors. Everything is depicted from the rearview of the cable. Some wires are doubled up in the 24 pin connector.
