At first I was unable to get my 4090 to display anything on my screen but this was fixed by using an old GPU and I was able to get the 4090 working by installing the 1.2 firmware fix. Now it boots up windows, but it still does not boot up the bios. I’ve installed the tool they have but still not able to get the bios to boot on startup, it’s just a black screen. Was wondering if anyone has the problem on the new update? Or is it a problem with my bios? I was on 2.08 and was able to access it before installing windows, but after windows installation it seems I can’t access it. Tried resetting CMOS but nothing. I can't boot up advanced reset, and someone mentioned to turn off fast boot, but i can't access the BIOS to do that.

Use your other gpu to access the bios. Disable fast boot, and then boot into windows and disable fast startup. Remove old gpu, install 4090, and try again.

I can’t boot into BIOS on my backup now unfortunately. I was able to before the window install very easily, but not anymore

The windows install should have nothing to do with you booting into the bios. Try clearing the cmos again.

Pranavmalikk, hang in, ppl like Sajin will help u. Listen to him especially. he's the best!

Pranavmalikk, start with the part Sajin says, "...boot into windows and disable fast startup..."
see: How to Disable Fast Startup on Windows 10 or How to enable or disable fast startup on Windows 11 or Google "disable fast startup in windows" for another link.

Realize ur BIOS' default setting for sending Display to is: "Display To=Auto". And the "Fast Boot in Windows", enabled by default, and in BIOS, may hamper things. Meaning, it is not being sent to where u want it to and Booting too fast and resulting in ur problem. So disable it in Windows like Sajin said to, and that's a good start.

Pranavmalikk, do ^^, Sajin is always right.

Also try (with Windows Fast Boot Disabled like Sajin said) tapping on Delete Key before ur PC gets to Windows, and if screen remains blank then try all Display Ports one at a time from both Video Cards, and see if BIOS screen is being sent from one. The key thing to note is, if Tapping Delete during Boot results in the PC displaying a Blank screen and not continuing to Windows; because that means the BIOS screen IS being sent somewhere and u just have to discover where. If u do get into windows then test setting, "Display To=PCIe1" rather than Auto.

Get Fast Boot in Windows Disabled 1st, like Sajin said. And post a replay to last his last post.

Lancool 3 is very nice, installed my 420 mm AIO but had to modify the case fans and had to take out the rear fan. Here’s a good video from YouTube to walk through the installation in case you have a similar setup : Arctic Liquid Freezer II 420 in Lian Li Lancool III - Part 2

I am having the same issue with the motherboard not display anything until windows login with my RTX 4080.  My workaround was to install a GTX1030 in the bottom slot to access the bios and anything prier to windows login screen...  And for my rant.  It is clear the test & quality engineers took the week off for this product launch...
