I believe there is no real "queue" for the KPE HC block. You will receive an e-mail notification that it is in stock, but I think that there will be no direct link to purchase the block in the e-mail, just like the 3000 series card. Could be wrong, though...

this is wrong. I got a queue email with a block reserved and a holding time when i bought mine.
Naah, I got an email with a link to the product page, but it was sold since i was 5 minutes late. They don't hold it for you like the GPUs..

Yeah, I'm thinking it must have changed from a queue to just a regular notification like they do with power supplies, as I missed the drop too. These blocks still get scalped though. In my opinion, a queue for registered owners with KPE cards would be fair.

They don't do a queue for the HC block now. They just send out a notification email when its in stock and when it sells out, it sells out.

What was the issue with your HC block?
I'm not sure what his issue was, but I had two 3090 KP Hydro Copper blocks that leaked on me and one couldn't be fixed because it appeared to be damaged at the factory during assembly.

EVGA Confirmed in an email that the Block was a "Limited Run" and there is no update on an ETA. with 4000 series around the corner, no blocks will be made.
I ended up paying a $100 premium to a scalper on ebay.. but got a brand new block
