I bought a graphics card and there was no problem with it. About three months ago, I tried to install a program precision x1  that was working, but when I turned off the computer and turned it on again, the fuser fused, the color was red, and the fans were spinning at full speed. They did not stop even after turning it off and on again, working normally. I tried to re-disrupt Windows, and the same thing. Someone who faced the problem offers me solutions

    Go into your motherboard bios and turn off Fast Boot and CSM. Save and Reboot. See if that fixes it.

    If you have an Intel CPU with onboard graphics, plug your monitor into the motherboard and boot your system using the Intel graphics. Download the latest PX1, install it, run it and see if it gives you a firmware/bois update option soon as you start PX1. If there is an update, run the update, wait for it to finish and tell you to reboot the system.

    Is the card showing up in Windows Device Manager? If not, the card is borked and and you will need to do an RMA on it.

    you need to use a Host site & link the image location - "Copy Image Link" ... that is the URL - you place in the tool

    Not sure what you mean by fuser fused. Uninstall px1 & try reseating the card and power cables. See if that does anything for your issue.
