I have add this information on my request of reactivationof your step up.
However our Step Up Manager has confirmed that a reactivation of your Step Up is yet not possible due to stock issues,
He has however marked your Serial Number, In case of availability of the cards, your step up will be reactivated
I highly recommended you to try and fix the issues with your email account. You must be able to acces your mailbox in order to purchase your step up.
 
i think that  I need to: WAIT AGAIN LONG... LONG ... TIME.. FOR a new step up..
my step-up was: RTX-3060 Ti FTW3 to RTX-3080 FTW3.

Yeah, they are "done", the only problem is they don`t have stock of 3080 right now, they are waiting for new cards to arrive. I imagine once they delivery all the Step-Ups which the cards are already sent by the owner (not many i would say...), you will be next. Right now they don`t have a date for when all cards will be deliveried, they only know the new 3080 cards are arriving at EVGA-Munich this week.

Little Update for my Step-up:
Step 1/4:         10.2.2022
Step 2/4:         27.6.2022
Step 3/4:         29.6.2022
Step 4/4:         30.6.2022
RMA product received (my 3070ti). This took some time because I sended it from Finland -> Germany with postal service.    12.7.2022  


After the long wait my step-up is finally completing :)
Now just waiting that they send the step-up 3080 back to Finland.
Had to pay 76,76€ + shippings(41€) for ftw3 ultra 3070ti > ftw3 ultra 3080 10GB
EVGA list prices are a bit high considering that GPU prices are now falling like a rock. Still happy to get the 3080 for that price especially bc I paid way too much for the 3070ti.

if i may ask..is shipping to EVGA totally on yours hand or does EVGA organise some sort of pick up service?

This is all on you. You get an unpaid shipping label but then have to send it yourself via DHL or UPS or so. They recommend a few services in that email.
I chose DHL. Make sure you pay for the extra insurance because your old GPU is very likely worth more than the usual 500 EUR. Don't forget to write
the RMA# on the box. I think it was on the label but sure doesn't hurt.

Step 3 and 4 Today.
I will ship my 3070 TI tomorrow, and let`s see when the 3080 will arrive. Maybe Tuesday or Wednesdey...

All on your own... I spent 53 euros to sent from Portugal (1-2 days delivery) by UPS.

ty guys much appreciated. Just sent my 3070ti ftw3 to RMADEPT in order to get the 3080 ftw3 10g which was never available (for me) with the queque. Finally i can get rid of this trashy and overpriced 3070ti for a "shiny" 3080 which i was willing to buy since the start.


To mention this whole process took too much imho, anyway is still a plus and even if pricing is somewhat akward with the falling listings here and there, even considering is just behind the 40xx, well... i guess i'm rather slightly happy.
 
 
 
 
 

Update: I just received an email with my tracking code! So indeed things are moving again.

Got my 3080 today also. Already plugged on (10 minutes ago)! :D
