I did get a confirmation back then, yes.
The current status is still "awaiting approval" though. I also don't see a button except for cancelling step up.
I guess that means a little more waiting then?

I think you got the mail twice because something's going on with the backend systems - my "Queue" step in my product info went back to "Pending". Hope it's a glitch and I wasn't sent back to the queue.
That's interesting... What about the others who got a step 2 today? Did it confirm twice and were you able to pay?

I got my step 2 notification today without any payment information - twice, like anyone else it seems. I had to update my adress because I moved to another city since last summer, but I think that will not cause much delay. Current status says "Queue Complete" and "Processed Payment: pending"

I also got my step 2 notification. Funny thing I even forgot about this whole thing, and just checked this wednesday to see what's up with EU queue. Then on Friday i get the email, ****. Anyway, I'll still have to calculate if it's worth over just selling my previous card and buying a new 3080 due to VAT and me paying shipment both times. Gonna have the weekend to think i guess.

Hey, got the same issue. Received the Mail, and few minutes Later I´m back at Pending :-( But no further Information/Response after I asked EVGA Support in the HWLuxx. BTW: Step-Up Registration Date: 12/7/2021 4:31:58 AM From 3070 XC3 Ultra Gaming to 3080 FTW3

Got an answer from EVGA in the HWLUXX, the Mail for Adressverification and payment request should come soon. I suspect that the whole thing will be delayed due to public holidays and bridge days.
I received my address verification email on Friday by the EU Service-Team and today I got their confirmation, they will forward my confirmed address to the StepUp-team. I should receive further instructions from the StepUp-Team within the next 1-3 business days.

I got step 3 today. I now need to pay.
It is 40,88€ for me in total, but I’ve got only 40,64€ on my PayPal haha. I just transferred the missing 24 Cents and payment should be possible tomorrow for me. PayPal is refusing to withdraw the missing amount from my bank account like always..

I was about to say you can calculate your costs easily by subtracting what you've paid from what EVGA will be asking for, the price stated on their site but EVGA has made it very confusing. https://eu.evga.com/products/product.aspx?pn=10G-P5-3897-KLWTH happened here? On 24.02.2022 my price was at 940,09 EUR at 19% VAT. That would have been 789.99 EUR listed on their site. Now it's 809.99 after a rebate or 851.99 without that. IIRC rabates do not apply for StepUp products but I hope i'm wrong. Those having gone through steps 2 and 3, what did it say your card cost, at what VAT if that's included? Either way you can calculate for a worst case, taking those 851.99, adding your 21% VAT, ending up with 1030.91 EUR, plus shipping, then subtract what you've paid for your card.

Received step 2 mail on 27th may also, but when I checked the "Queue complete" status, it's still "Pending" so I'm also confused if this was a glitch or something because I applied for the step-up on 20th february so I wasn't expecting to be this fast at all, considering other people waiting over a year...idk what to say, I'll wait one more day and if nothing moves I'll send an email to the support team.

I would also contact the support. My status never went back to pending.
It has also been only since 27th for me to move from step 2 to step 4, while you are still waiting for step 2.

Got a reply from the EVGA Support... Unfortunately, the delivery of the graphics cards from our warehouse in Taiwan is still delayed, contrary to expectations.As soon as the graphics card is available and you have received an allocation for the graphics card, we will contact you again. Hmmm sad, but there's nothing you can do about it.
