This is per core OC? single or two cores?
 
Is the direct die kit worth it? 
 
Can  you link the exact kit you have?  I have a SP63 10900k and Asus Z490-E... runs great at Manual 1.26v LLC6 @ 5 Ghz.. But everything over requires a lot more power I think...
 
Can tight memory timings have anything to do with the OC? I am running a kit G Skill Trident Z Neo 3600 16-16-16-36 1.35v @ 3333mhz 14-14-14-34 1.35v...   (unable to run XMP or 3600 at stock timings) wont post and OC failed.. 
 
Also the direct die kit obvious requires a delid, is this safe or dangerous to perform? Thinking what tools is required and there is the soldering? 
 
edit : I managed to get all core 51x at 1.325v LLC6. I’ll try to push for 52x later....
