since my 1080 Ti is from an RMA does that mean it qualifies for advanced RMA?

I got a faulty 1080 ti from an RMA and i cannot afford another 2 weeks downtime i lose money from not working, and i saw someone on here say usually RMA cards have the option for advanced RMA which only charges around 2 dollars instead of full collateral, is this true?

    Cards from RMAs don't automatically qualify for an Advanced RMA. If you received a card that arrived not working from a RMA, contact us and we can take a look at some options. You can send an email to support@evga.com or you can reach our support team by calling 888.881.3842, we are open from 6am to 10pm PST.


    i called earlier this morning, tech said i should qualify and hes going to talk to his superior to re-enable advanced RMA purchase options, just waiting for them to call me back. i hope its soon.
