I am happy you got your RMA completed so quickly 6 days from request to finished
 
Yes, if you must RMA in the first 30 days EVGA will send New product

Good deal, I'm glad EVGA has got you taken care of. I've only had a couple times I have had to RMA a product, been a great experience for me.

Give an Update when you get the RMA replacement
 
 


Did the cross ship RMA where EVGA charges my CC the cost of the PSU and then refunds me upon receiving the RMA’d PSU. They shipped on Thursday morning via UPS and I shipped on Friday morning via USPS, they received the defective PSU on Monday afternoon (still waiting for the refund even though they processed it as it takes 5-10 days to go through on my CC’s end - not complaining, I already knew this would be the case) and I received the replacement today (USPS WINS! :p ).

I’m actually shocked as they only wanted me to send the PSU by itself back and none of the cables or anything else, so I was expecting to receive just the actual PSU as the replacement, yet it’s an entire retail box!

BTW - the refund just posted today on my CC, so, basically 3 days after they received the RMA and processed the refund. Good stuff. AAA+
