So mine just arrived.... In the latest version of Precision X1 I'm seeing power limit locked at 124%.... anyone else getting this? I thought we were supposed to see 150% out of the box.

what exactly is the delay? im wondering if there is some delay on nvidias end still.. i mean.. i havent received a notification from nowinstock.net about ANY of the EVGA cards in several weeks, and the last movement was merely some amazon preorders. i really wonder if nvidia isnt able to make enough TU102 or smth like that idfk
i keep holding out hope that i wont have to keep this msi duke oc i have in hand, and can return it once i can get an order placed for any evga model (but an ftw3 would be nice, but looks like wont be available until january unless you preordered early sept xd)

Maybe the 100% point is set to 300 watts, like the Galax, instead of 250 watts? Check it out with the latest version of Gpu-z. What matters is the power limit in watts. Gpu-z Advanced -> nvidia bios in the menu.

There is usually a bios switch on the card itself. I believe you need it set to slave bios (sorry if you knew this or have done it already). The most I have heard so far in videos is 130%. The 150% power limit that was spoken about on youtube was a custom bios and that will void your warranty on almost any NVIDIA RTX card I believe. (Stolen from Sajin in another thread) Master = lower power target, less aggressive fan curve (fans don't run 24/7). Slave = higher power target, more aggressive fan curve (fans run 24/7).

Thanks for the tips guys. I don't have time right now for a bunch of testing but that gives me a place to start when I do. I just saw 2130 Mhz with the scan tool but power barely went above 80%, never tapped 100 which is odd since reviewers have been saying you always hit power limit before clocks on air.

Awesome update, not much longer to wait now! Hopefully once these get out the door the hybrid kits & cards are next.
