I've canceled the FTW3 preorder for a refund.
Full silence for EU missed yet another promised date, after Jacob explicitly told us it'll be Wednesday or Thursday for ALL preorders. Guess it's US only.
Accessories are not even purchasable in EU, like a water block or replacement IO panel.
One (1) guy got his card. No comms for others. Status sits there as pre-order indefinitely.
While it's obvious nVidia is to blame for chips and this paper launch with no games in sight, I don't like how EU customers are being handled by EVGA this time (had awesome experience before).
Hoped to get the card, was willing to wait for this week too, paid private price instead of VAT-free (30% more) to stay EVGA customer since no retailers sell them in Europe, but for 1500€/$1700 I expect at least an email or a forum comm with my shipping date on a 2nd missed promise.

I'll happily buy a card if EVGA comes and says "we have those very cards in stock now" (and only if block and panel start selling in Europe too), but I have better use for 15 hundred euros than keeping those in their bank account for months.

Wow... Jacob, I've been one of your biggest fans over what must be close to a decade now but even I would be losing it if I had a pre-order in. There's got to be a better way to communicate to those who already paid as to what's going on.

I'm still calling it that they'll ship tomorrow minutes before closing. That or Jacob will say there's a delay and they'll ship on Friday which won't help any preorders with next day shipping since they'll get it next week Monday.

From a PR point of view, if you guys don't actually have an estimate date would it be better to put out an eta very late as in 8-10 weeks from pre-order? Then if the cards arrive early than that it's 'early shipping'. Now that the first estimated date was early october and it's now late october. The reason people are so frustrated partially is because a lot of people anticipated to get their card shipped and someone here even had trips coming up hoping to get the card before hand and now have to change shipping adress.
