Hi admin,
Yesterday I bought an new card from the shop (EU).
But still to this point dindt recieve any update or tracking mail? how long can that process will be?

Once payment is fully verified and funds are received. Once payment is processed, then shipping will occur.

Yesterday morning I did the payment with Paypal, How long can this procces take time?> Also The card what I bought from the store EU webshop, is that an NEW card or an ''Used / Refurbished "card?

No idea what you bought, your account is private. You should email evga directly for those sort of answers. This is a user based forum, and the evga techs don’t stop in as often as they check the support emails.

I bought an GTX 1080TI card, do you know this card from the webshop is this an new one or an refurbshided/used one? Do you know what the direct mail adress is?

Thanks for your quick respone! Dont know wich company is going to be deliverd, is not in the receipt listed. The only thing I had to choose is paying with paypal.. Yesterday at 13:34 in the afternoon. Paypal did extract the amount of my paypal account directly. So it's after 24H already and had no any kind of mail (except the reciept) that's in progress or whatso ever.

I'd expect it to ship today - actually be placed in the shippers hands, unless your account is updated to show it happened yesterday.
I'm not sure of the "cutt-off time" for orders to be processed & shipped

You both, @CoolGTX and bcavnaugh First of all, I dindt see there was an profile section that you can see the products etc etc... because i'm the most part at the forum of EVGA. And yes it was today being send out. You had right Cool GTX, but also I called them (thanks for the number @bcavnaugh) and he listed also the the tracking nummber, But dindt recieve anykind an email of the sending. normaly it should sending an email, yes did already looked in the spam mail. Great community here!!!!

Yeah Thanks!, dindt know there was this profile/member section T_T.. Tell me Cool, I will recieve the card today, what is the first step I need to do from the point I have an AMD r9 290x card? How to remove all files regstry etc cleanly to Nvidia? what are the way-to-go steps? Also I know there are few differents nvidia drivers, so what's are the current drivers? (goodones?) from you expirience?

You can use DDU (display driver uninstaller) that will clear all your driver and registry entries, it also has an option for graphics card change that shutsdown the PC for you to fit the new card. From then on windows will install some drivers to get you started, then you just install Geforce Experience and it will handle all future driver updates for you and also ask you to install the couple day old ones that are the newest. There will probably be new ones next week with RTX support etc :)

Thanks, So I need to download the DDU and run it indeed okay thanks! What about the software i use such as Afterburner? Can I use that ? or is there an alternatiev for? I know that there are differents in drivers by NVIDIA such as WHQL drivers and normal drivers? what are the difference?
