Hello! my problem is that the pump sometimes does not start with windows, it shows in the temperature and if I start to play it goes up to 90 °. but with a couple of small taps under the pump on the plastic, a liquid noise is heard and it starts working again. It obviously has bubbles but I do not know how to get them out. And for me it is impossible to apply RMA because I live in Argentina. If anyone can help me, I appreciate it.

What specific GPU (part number) do you have ?

Factory hybrid ? or did you add it to your card ? (If you added a Hybrid kit what part number)

What software are you running to OC the GPU or monitor the hybrid ?

Your System spec ? (CPU, MB (& Bios Ver), PSU, RAM, Case, OS .....)

A pic with the side off the case so we can see how you have it setup would help.. but generally you want the rad higher then the card pump so air bubbles will trap in the rad and not the card/pump.

You can try tilting the case so any air trapped will leave the pump.. but only after you move the rad higher then the card first.

Sounds like you got yourself a faulty pump. I would recommend picking up an nzxt kraken g10/g12 as well as a compatible aio to go along with it.

Here are some compatible aio's that will work with the nzxt g10/g12...

    G10 compatible aio's...
    NZXT: Kraken X61, Kraken X41, Kraken X31, Kraken X60, Kraken X40
    Corsair: H105, H110, H90, H75, H55 , H50

    G12 compatible aio's...
    NZXT: Kraken X72, X62, X52, X42, X61, X41, X31, X60, X40
    Corsair: H105, H110, H90, H75, H55, H50

While runing a stressful game/benxhmark (to make sure the pump runs at max speed) tilt the case back so the barb ends on the card are higher then the card so any air flushes out of the pump and up to the rad.

Looks like you have the rad in a proper position with the barbs down.

Might be dying pump if this continues.

How do I control that the pump is working at maximum? I use afterburner to control the temp.
What do you mean by tilting the case back? the base of the case up?

You cant control the pump with a program.. when the temp is low the pump runs slow.. when the card heats up under load the pump runs faster.

Hard to explain I guess but from your pic you posted.. push tilt the case back from the side. Tilt it a good 45 degrees.. almost laying it on its side as if your motherboard was laying flat/horizontal.. do this carefully while running a game or benchmark to ensure the pump is running at max speed so it can easily flush out the air.

Also the pump noise would me loud if there is air at the pump.. quiet if no air.

Running a water pump with air/bubbles in the line trapped at the pump will damage the pump.. pump cant prime and move water threw the block and rad if theres no water at the pump.

Looks like this guy from Argentina was able to rma his graphics card, so you should be able to do the same if needed.

I did what you told me twice, and both times, the pump did not start directly :(.

I just had one fail on a Hybrid kit. Same thing of tapping on the GPU and the pump started working. Happened twice in a month....second time it had to go. If your power connections to the GPU are good, then the GPU pump is failing.
