Exidrial, I will contact our EU support manager directly to ensure this gets handled as quickly as possible. I show that the request to IT was put in yesterday, so it is likely to be fixed soon. I would submit it for you, but the EU system is a bit different, plus there seems to be a glitch preventing it.

So? Nothing you can do? I still can not submit the RMA.
I'm getting this message now: "RMAID: 523248 is open for this SN: (product number). No submission is allowed." but I can't see any open RMAs under "Open RMAS"

Should you be able to open an RMA for me please also forward this text with it, it explains the issue and the last 2 weeks in detail:

In diesem Forum Thread wurde mir bereits von 2 mods bestätigt, dass die Pumpe zu laut ist.
Das ist bereits meine dritte 980Ti Hybrid, die ersten 2 musste ich auch RMAen. Die eine hatte extrem lautes spulenfiepen und die andere wurde viel zu warm.

Ich wäre Ihnen verbunden, wenn ich diesmal endlich eine Grafikkarte bekomme, die solche Probleme nicht aufweist. Es muss auch nicht unbedingt eine Hybrid Variante sein, solange es 1: Keine Founders / Reference / Blower style Variante ist und die replacement Grafikkarte nicht länger als 285mm ist.

Ich versuche nun schon seit 2 Wochen einen RMA zu starten, aber Ihr System hatte wohl einen Fehler. Ich habe mich per Ticket an den Support gewendet, dieser meinte man habe das Problem an die IT weitergeleitet und es sollte innerhalb von 24 std funktionieren. Dies tat es nicht, also habe ich den Support wieder kontaktiert, dieser meinte er würde das Problem nochmals an die IT weitergeben. Eine Woche Später ging es immer noch nicht, also habe ich mich in dem oben genannten Forum Thread beschwert, daraufhin hat Forum Mod Sajin EVGA für mich kontaktiert. EVGATech_JosephL hat im Forum dann geantwortet und gesagt, er habe mein Problem an den EU Support Manager weitergeleitet damit es nicht noch zu längeren Verzögerungen kommt und er konnte bestätigen, dass das System wohl einen Glitch hat wodurch er für mich kein RMA aufmachen kann. Mehrere Tage später und ich wurde noch immer nicht von EVGA kontaktiert und kein Ticket wurde eröffnet.

Meine Geduld neigt sich so langsam dem Ende zu. Es wäre vermutlich schneller gewesen die Grafikkarte zu verkaufen und gebraucht eine andere 980Ti zu kaufen...

Yeah I was able to resolve it, kind of. Your mail didn't do much I think. I wasn't contacted by anybody about this issue.
What I did was open another ticket, tell the rep that I still couldn't open the RMA request, the person however told me that they can open one and I should try again. I tried again, still didn't work so the person opened the ticket for me. The GPU is on its way to your RMA center now.
