Is there a reason why the Black Edition is worth $750 for a step up, but only $720 for retail?

 I think you may be looking at the wrong version of the card. The EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti SC Black Edition GAMING ( 11G-P4-6393-KR) is listed at $750. The P/N: 11G-P4-6391-KR one is not an SC card and is a different GPU; it is listed for $719.99.

Step 1. Queue started - 10/16/17, 12:40 PM. Invoice previously uploaded.
Step 2:. Queue ended – 10/23/17
Step 3: Payment requested – 10/24/17
Step 4: Payment sent – 10/24/17. 3:07 PM EST
Step 5: Payment received, invoice verified and RMA instructions emailed to me. 10/25/17
Step 6: Sent my card to EVGA on 10/25/17.
Step 7: EVGA received my card on 10/27/2017 or 10/30/2017
Step 8: EVGA sent my Step-up card on 11/02/17
Step 9: Scheduled to receive my 1080 Ti.
 
On 11/3, my new card was added to the "My Products" page.
 
My card arrived today, on 11/08/17. It was the EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti SC Black Edition GAMING, 11G-P4-6393-KR, 11GB GDDR5X, iCX Cooler & LED version.

Payment verified and received shipping instructions 3/9
Sending card out first thing in the morning(had an important race tonite or would have sent out Friday)

CANT WAIT TO GET THIS THING BACK!!! Lol. It's definitely going to be a huge upgrade from my current 1060. Lol
