Lifetime Warranty is pointless IMO

Oh I would take a lifetime warranty over a 3 year warranty any day of the week.

I am with you Xray. I think he is acting like your typical consumer. Shoot if you have lifetime warranty on your card, let say a 670(like I have). Well they dont make any 670s anymore so I would imagine if I needed new ones I would get a free step up to something like a 770 if any are left over. But there is a catch though. I hate it when companies say you get a lifetime LIMITED warranty. But at least it still beats a 3 or 10 year warranty.

What exactly is "acting like a typical consumer" please enlighten me ole wise one....................... I run my daily driver 3 years and upgrade is that a "typical consumer"? So if I understand what your saying is I am still supposed to be running my 480s with a FX55 still because I didn't kill them?  I have to say I am far from "typical" as you have stated............................

Haha. I want to go forwards, not backwards in getting video cards. LOL. Nice try though.

As do I but apparently I'm not supposed to since I'm a "typical consumer"

I'd pay a yearly fee to have an easier time buying stuff during launch.  Warranty is meh for me because I don't keep anything past a couple of years anyways.  Free shipping should be pretty much a given considering Newegg and Amazon both do this.

I really wouldn't care about stuff like different shroud colors.  It's useless in terms of value, unless elite membership is free.

+1 on launch of new product

Maybe give Elite members an option to buy 1 day earlier than the masses, that "F5 the website" to a standstill.

Adding 1 year to the factory warranty would be a nice benefit or at least a discount on the extended warranty option

That would definitely get my interest.

Gigabyte's higher-end model AORUS 1080 Ti is going to have a four year warranty. That alone would have gotten my business if they accepted EVGA bucks.  Lifetime warranties were just a ponzi scheme and never sustainable, but 4-5 years is exactly what I'm looking for.

Have water, will cool.

I would like to see you guys offer small discounts for elite members, such as "10% off all PSU or GPU units for a limited time". Or you could offer cashback/reward points for items bought from the EVGA online store. You guys already provide great customer service, but maybe you could give elite members faster processing for Step-Up and RMA returns.

An extended StepUp window would certainly make me happy. Especially after getting boned so hard on this GTX 1080 lol

Really depends on what is required to be a member but exclusive contests, swag and maybe like an exclusive discount or rebate for the week of the EVGA anniversary.

Use an Associates Code & SAVE 5% - 10% on your purchase. Just click on the associates banner to save, or enter the associates code at checkout on your next purchase. If you choose to use my code I want to personally say "Thank You" for using it.

Upgraded and free shipping on all products shipped from EVGA, --- or---  % off on all shipping services to & from EVGA for all EVGA services (up to 60% off for shipping both ways), including (and not limited to) step-up programs, RMA, and purchases at the EVGA store.

If this is going to be a "subscription" type program, members should gain a certain amount of evga bucks on a monthly basis.

This would be nice

I'm clear on individual purchases, but what about systems? If you purchase a whole spec with one or more of the listed products, can you still sign up to the Elite Membership?

  • EVGA EAR on any replacement products?
  • Improved/increased stepup terms?

These two, it would also be nice to get an extended warranty on products from Ebay with an EAR options. Because honestly the product has already been paid for. EVGA will get more money from the second owner for those services. Or bring back the limited lifetime for original owners of a product that have been around for a long time.
