So apparently 3090 FTW3 Ultra is coming in drips and drabs, and cards still being sent that were auto-notified on the first day - 9/24.
Does not give me much hope for a card anytime soon with my notify date of 10/1...
 
I thought the amount of cards going out this week was supposed to be even larger. Guess just on certain models.

Yeah I know right? Week #2 of ramped up production... I think it hit a wall instead of a ramp.

You would be around position #46 for the 3090 XC3 Black. None of those cards have got out yet though.
 
For the 3080 FTW3 Ultra, you'd be around #955 and they've sent emails up to #231 so far, but apparently more of those are coming out.

The spreadsheet was vandalized and the owner implemented a form to try to stop it. I let him know yesterday that the 3090 FTW3 Ultra was still borked, but he hasn't worked on it, it's been pretty time consuming. I'll see if I can put something together this weekend, time permitting. As far as emails going out for that model, yesterday only about 2 went out, and that was for notification times around 09/24/2020 at ~3:00pm. Hope that helps.

isn't Friday like the do nothing day as far as emails go though?

Unless they get a new shipment it'll just be the cards that people didn't order yesterday. With what looks like such a large number that went out yesterday there should be a good chunk this morning that were not claimed. I'm only 30 minutes away so if I don't get in today I should get in next week.

You're not going to be able to ship to Poland using the notify system on the US site. Is that what you are trying to do?
 
And uhhh, if you have 6.5 hours left to buy that means you got the notification an hour and a half ago. Which would be 4:30AM PST. They shouldn't be sending notifications at that hour, so what's going on?

Decided to hit auto notify on the 3070 since I actually was able to do it on day one this time.
 
Still debating if I should wait for the 3080. My 780ti that I had for about 8 years died 2 weeks ago and I ended up getting the GTX970 on offer up just so I can squad up on COD temporarily. If the 3080 is that much better than the 3070 and can outlast the 3070 in the long run (both life and future games for a long time) then I can patiently wait. I'm just 1244 on the spreadsheet for the 3080 lol.

The benchmarks, including the AMD cards, put the price to performance curve and higherachy of cards like this (in non-ray traced games; using new AMD processors on X5xx series boards). 
 
100% AMD 6900xt $1000
99% nVidia 3090 $550 too expensive @ $1500
92% AMD 6800xt $650
92% nVidia 3080 $500 too expensive @ $700
79% AMD 6800 $ 580
75% nVidia 3070 properly priced @ $530
 
 
So in terms of price to performance given the AMD parts, only the 3070 is the only properly priced nVidia card.

I understand the balance between the price and performance in what you are saying but what I am concerned about is how will this card hold up in the future of games (say I was to run ray-traced games, etc). With that said, I'm not saying go ahead with the most expensive card but something in the middle that will run me another 10 years (being a little too hopeful here I guess lol) and keep up with future games. I'm seeing a lot of posts saying how great this card is now but how about later down the road as more games come out.
