Thank you! I was looking at the date and times list, but looks like the 3885 isn't even on the list anymore.

As of time of writing the 2060 12gb is in the DIY Configurator. They may add better goodies later, so check early and often. The whole associates code thing never seems to earn me any credit (Thank you to those who have used it). Always goes elsewhere lol. Regardless, don't forget to use an associates code if available!

Is the 3755 dead? Should I drop it and hope the 3070ti queue opens?

If youre in the market for a 3070ti, Newegg has been dropping them all morning. Some bundle deals some without. I think the best one was the MSi Suprim X with a 500gb m.2 nvme for like tad bit over $1k.

$949.98 is the lowest price for a 3070 Ti with no extras?

Speaking of 3967, it's the card I have (upgraded straight from a PNY GTX 760).  It moved more in signup time this week (6 days 9 hours 25 minutes) than all previous weeks combined (6 days 0 hours 20 minutes)

That card is going to move a lot in the near future. With scalping prices dropping and cards becoming more available everywhere that is not an attractive card for scalpers due to its high price . Today there was a big drop in BB Canada and that's basically the only model that it's still in stock 3 hours after the drop. I can buy 1 right now but not really interested, I received my notify here for that card a few months back and did not buy it.

Well this was sad. I went and searched on eBay and mercari for a couple cards that had the most recent movement on here. I ran their serial numbers from the pictures they post and it appears we have many scalpers here. The Average days since shipped from evga was 55 days , highest 5 months (pool of 20+ cards)

Unfortunately that is the way this entire thing shook out.  I was on top of the notify thing way back 2 years ago through sheer luck.  I clicked Notify me for at least 10 skus.  This gave me a choice when those cards started coming in...  I could play robin hood and distribute my cards at cost to friends who I knew were gamers, keep the cards and make a tidy profit, or give back the queue spots and hope the cards did not go to scalpers/miners.  I felt the right choice was to sell them to my friends for cost, with the promise that they would be used for gaming and not resold.
 
For others, well, that's dangling the chance to pay for their own card and then some...  I refer to this as the "casual scalper"...  One who isn't actively trying to scalp, but given the chance, they won't sell the card at cost.  It is a personal choice, but it highly contributes to the rise in prices, especially for used.  So many people are trying to pass their costs on to the next person.  The same goes for people who turn around and give their friend a "deal" on their 5 year old 1080ti for $700, really?  
 
As for the continued scalping, the older EVGA system (despite the daily confusion here) was pretty easy to use for personal gain.  Thus it was ripe for people with less-than-high moral fiber to continue to use for profit, and the cycle continues.

Should I consider this dead at this point?  It sux, because the only other place to really get this is NewEgg, and at this point, there is NO WAY I will be getting the shuffle approval.

Not dead at all (for US queue).  A few weeks gap is typical.  Comes in waves based on production schedule and shipping.  You are only two days out, hang in there.

I'm so tired of hearing about scalpers. So, if you sell it to a friend, is ok to recoup taxs and shipping costs. 
So, is evga a scalper because they sell the cards for more than nvidia charges them for. What about if you buy a house, is ok for the owner to make a profit and sell it for more than what he paid for it.
