I got a corsair powersupply. i've always been addicted to those, but thats mostly out of habit- i didn't realize evga sold em.
i've always done evga boards and cards and corsair everything else
I would say that largely depends on which Corsair you have and what wattage? CX is generally entry level. TX, RM, HX and AX are where they start getting decent in that order with AX being OEM'd by Seasonic.

Cerulean_Shaman budget cards always outsell enthusiast cards so Nvidia has far more incentive to make more of them than 3080s anyway.
Especially when one considers that 1080p still makes up ~65% of steam hardware survey results. The price gap between a FTW3 Ultra and the most basic 3070 should be enough to get you a fairly nice 1440p monitor or a low refresh 4k panel. I have been personally nudging my siblings in that directions since the 3080 frankly doesn't make a lick of sense with the old-hand-me-down monitors I hooked them up with back when they were still in school.
